  1. Do you provide home delivery?

Yes, we provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

  1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Please take a look at our Return Policy for details.

All of our leather goods come with a 6-month warranty for repairs. If your product breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge.

  1. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you return an eligible product, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days and credited to your original payment method.

  1. Do you ship outside Bangladesh?

Currently, we only deliver within Bangladesh. We are working on international shipping soon.

  • Use a soft cloth to clean your product.
  • Apply leather conditioner occasionally to maintain shine and softness.
