At K&M Leather, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at the lowest possible cost. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.

 

📦 Delivery Coverage

• We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Bangladesh.
• International shipping is not available at this moment.

 

🚚 Delivery Time

• Dhaka City: 2–4 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days (depending on courier service and location).
• Business days are Saturday to Friday (including government holidays).

 

💳 Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 60.
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 100.
• Free delivery may be available on promotional offers (see website banners/offers).

 

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be confirmed via phone call/SMS before dispatch.
• Prepaid orders (bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Bank Transfer) are dispatched directly after payment verification.

 

 

🔒 Packaging & Handling

• All items are securely packed to protect against damage during transit.
• In case your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately.
