On-the-Spot Returns

You may return your order directly to the delivery person at the time of delivery, provided the items are in their original packaging and unused condition.

7-Day Complaint Window

Refunds

•          Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.

•          Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

We provide a 7-day right to complaint for issues related to manufacturing defects or material faults that occur under normal use.

Please note, this policy does not cover:

  • Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or poor maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs.

How to File a Complaint

Any defects or issues must be reported to K&M Leather within 7 days of receiving your item. Once reviewed, your item may be eligible for:
